Electronic Poker is a beloved game that can be played in casinos throughout the globe, or alternatively at home on your personal computer, using an Internet account. The rules are very simple and consist of the player trying to achieve the best mixture of cards as you can in order to win cash. On this account it is very similar as a regular game of poker, without the interaction with other players. After the bettor has chosen which cards he would like to retain, the player will then press ‘draw’, at which point any new cards are given out if desired. The round is now finished, with the Electronic Poker machine scanning the hand to see if it matches any of the winning hands shown on the pay out schedule.

Generally, the minimum succeeding hand on an Electronic Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the prize money growing for each better hand. A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It is obvious that the payment schedule can vary from machine to machine, so that discerning enthusiasts are able to choose the most profitable ones each instance.

Once the first round has played out, the player can either choose to continue on and try to to maximize their earnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any cash that might have been won. Additionally, some versions of the game allow the enthusiast an opportunity to increase their winnings, in which case a further game is played. There are also variations among individual machines, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other differing characteristics to increase playability.
